I met Nickel Creek!
They were awesome! They did so many songs! And some Hot Rize, and St. Anne's Reel!
They are such good musicians!
[run] (This is Sean)
They kind of obsessed with coffee though.
And at one point Sean said: I was just looking here, and I noticed there's a lot of exit signs out there.....
To which Chris Replied: I'm in a room full of people obsessed with leaving!'
I got their autograph!!!

At the Schnitzer concert hall in Portland, Oregon.........
Yeah. He is funny. My cousin had her one Ring on and he said to her (At Britt in Jacksonville the day before)
Ahaaaaaaa, you have the 'One Ring' so you are being Frodo Today? Very Cool
And she said that during the show, Sara tripped on a cord (hm, Chord? ) and he was drinking coffee at the time, and he choked on it!
but She got to actually meet Sean in Jacksonville!

My favorite quotes from the show are as follows:
We're playing to pitch blackness and exit signs. - Chris
Well in there's a problem you won't have trouble leaving. - Chris
is that i guy with a blacklight up there? Wow.we're down here going Duuuunnniinnh (guitar sounds) and he's up there having a techno party. Going bppbbb chish bppbb chish (techno sounds). The chris acted like he was hold a blacklight over his head and started dancing around in circles making more disco sounds.
that's the great part about Urban Outfitters. you can buy clothes with other people's names on it. - Chris
Sean, even though wearing a shirt with the name JIM on it, is still in fact Sean and you should not be confused by it - Sara

I remember that! It was hilarious!
Another one (I don't remember exactly, help me out if you were in the Schnitz too.) Was Sean said something about the 85 pound waifs in New York.....anyway............
I forgot about the blacklight thing
I wonder, do they ALWAYS talk about coffee?
My cousin said they obsessed about it there too!
but: If your not obsessed about something, maybe your not into it enough!
[noise]
Always Listen. Good motto, Nickel Creek.

Yeah...they seem to really like coffee houses.
Sara in KC: ...a really good coffee house right next to Starbucks.

I like the wallpapers..........
Well, Chris moves like he has had too much coffee, you gotta say that. I think Natalie MacMaster might be obsessed with coffee as an inside life, just not on stage, just her movements show it!
(Bouncing like a kangaroo, which Chris does too!)

Yes! I was there! It was rather hilarious. Actually, Sara was on a roll that night.....they did a LOT of tuning so Sara took it upon herself to entertain us with little tid-bits here and there.....she started digressing big time, talking about her pants being too long and flopping behind her like seal flippers in the pool...at which point she looked up and noticed that Sean and Chris had stopped tuning and were just staring at her with the what the heck? sort of look...at which point she apologized for the digression, then declared that she suddenly wanted some hot tea, and she ran off the stage. About 20 seconds later she comes running back with some tea, turns to the group and says ok, i'm ready now. LOL. You gotta love it.

Hey! Welcome ncfan!
Well, Actually, it's the music that counts, right? That was my favorite part........ And that's what I went for right? They are so awesome musicians!
Well, afterward (after the show I mean) just kind of find their Bus or something, or follow other people and then just (You have to be kind of pushy) try to get as close to the front as you can!
As they said on TV, they are probably quite boring to actually talk to, unless you like Tolkien and happen to talk to Chris.....but anyway, I'm not much experienced, I just happened to get an autograph, I didn't really meet Nickel Creek.
I should have told them I fiddled!
That's a good idea, if you play, TELL THEM! They might care!
They probably would, music is their thing! (obviously)
