DC needs NC!

Hey, all!

Any chance NC will be headlining a show in the DC metro area? I'm trying to decide whether to go for tickets in Lexington (about 3 hours south) or to hold out for a DC show. I know they're playing in Fairfax with Willie Nelson. No offense to Willie fans, but I couldn't sit through Willie, and the tickets are so expensive! I'll drive south for NC if I must, but we've got some great venues up here! Someone help me decide!

What's on the schedule at nickelcreek.com is pretty much everything that is known at present.

Chris did say that they will eventually hit most of the major cities in the US, so I'm sure they will get to DC, but if it's not on the list at present, you might have to wait a couple/several months...

I will be in D.C. October 22 - 25th. I would just LOVE to attend Nickel Creek concert.

I'll just cross my fingers until then.

[noise]YES, I second the request to have NC in the D.C. area... as I live on the Eastern Shore in Maryland...but, Willie is my absolute favorite male country singer :D and NC is my absolute favorite country group [splat] So, this would be the ultimate concert for me [party] Wouldn't it be great to meet and go to a concert together in MD????[noise]

Thanks for the info, Chip! Glad to hear this isn't their only pass through the area. Hey - the worst that could happen is I see NC twice! :D
