Just got home from the Hanford concert and let me just say that it was incredible. Sara and Sean were feeling much better by the looks of it. (Sara also told me so after the show) They played for and hour and a half. The venue fits about 1000, so it was really up close and personal. My husband and I sat third row center. They played most of their new songs, a lot of old and three cover songs. Too many songs to have writen down and they did not have a set list. They just flew by the seat of their pants. They pretty much discussed what they were going to play one song at a time. The last two songs were unplugged, they came to the edge of the stage and asked everyone farther back to fill the eisles and come closer and sing along. It was amazing. I wish that I could have had a video of this night. Out of all the concerts I have been to this is my all time fave. I really hope that they will come back one day.
Oh, another highlight, before the concert they were all across the street in the park playing ball. We went and stood with a three or four other people watching. If I wasn't such a dork I would have gone up and said hi. I guess I am one of those few that feel like I'm invading personal space by doing that. I did get autographs after the concert.
It was a great night.
