After the show here in Los Angeles last week at the HOB I was anxious to see what the papers said about the show. I couldn't find anything in the local papers and the LA Weekly for this weekend didn't have anything either. I realize I am probably to late to see anything in print now, but there has to be some kind of online data base that allows one to locate such things, right?
If you know where I could find a review of that show, would you help me out please?
As for my impression of the show? I can't help but be a bit biased as I already have so much respect for SS&C as musicians, but had I been an outsider looking in, I would have been blown away. Nickel Creek really rocked that place. I couldn't believe they shut the HOB down. I wish I had taken some friends along, they would have come in with no expectations, probably even complaining some, but I know they would have left as new and happy fans.
