Any NC fans in Indianapolis, IN?

Looking for other NC fans in Indianapolis to help me demand that WFMS play NC. I am actually thinking of boycotting the station [eek!!] if they don't start playing the music we love. It is time they stop playing the same old tired songs over and over and give THE CREEK the chance! Thanks! :D

I'm not in Indy, but I am in IN. I can get WFMS most of the time. I have pretty much given up on them. They play the same 20 or so songs all the time. That gets really irritating!!! Especially when I don't like most of what they are playing, but I won't get into that discussion [lolol] . I wish I could pick up a classic country or bluegrass station, but no luck.

I do scan channels a lot when I'm in the car traveling to work or other places. I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, so I try to find new stations. I was surprised to hear NC on my way to work the other day. I could barely pick up a station from Lebanon. I think it was 91.1, WIRE. I'm not sure what kind of station this is, because I've heard them play various things. This is the only time that I have ever heard NC on the radio. Has anyone else from IN heard them on any stations? I actually stopped on that station because they were playing a Merle Haggard song, then they played NC. I was shocked!!! I am thinking of sending them a thank you letter, and maybe some of the street team stuff. I wondered if they may have that stuff already though. Anyway, let me know if you hear them on any other stations :)

Update!!!
Ok so I am getting a little obsessive in trying to persuade WFMS to play NC. I have taken to emailing everyone who has an email on their website about how great they are and how they should be playing it and how most of us are sick to death of listening to them play some of the other songs to death. I do the top ten vote every chance I get to so they cant say I am not following their guidelines. This week I persuaded 2 others to email them too! Woohoo! So what do I get back? Kevin Freeman promising to start bugging JD Cannon and that Bill guy that used to be on mornings to add them in! Not only that but Hazel (yes I said Hazel) also emailed me back and said she also loves NC and it is her nephew's fav band ! :-)) Maybe she'll do a little ear chewing! I have also listened to a barely audible station and found NC but hubby got annoyed at the reception and changed it and I can't find it again! I did however use Windows Media Player to log onto MSN Bluegrass and they were playing NC!!!
