Anyone hear capable of (or if there already exists a version) getting a version of Warmth of the Sun (from the AOL sessions) into an mp3 version?
I love how they did that song but I love to listen to music in my car and not on the computer :)

Hey hey! The only thing I think you could do, and I've tried this myself, is to use your microphone and record it. Make sure ur mic isn't too close to the speaker and that it's not too loud, but honestly, it records pretty much just how sounds on Sessions....from what I can tell anyway.

Huh? Your microphone? Even my parents' piece-o-crap Packard Bell has software to record whatever is is you're playing and save it as a .wav. Than, you use a .mp3 converter. Only problem is, the machine isn't powerful enough to play hi-res video.
Another method would be to jack a tape deck or something into you speaker output.

yikes! ok, ok. I've just never heard of making an avi. into just plain audio. I'm sure there's a way, but for me, the microphone thing works well.

Some people have really good sound cards (and I suppose accompanying software) that can record whatever sound is playing to a wav. My friend has this, and if we weren't both so busy with school, I'd have asked him to do that for me already... He recorded an asx before for me into mp3. I really want an mp3 of Beauty and the Mess. So maybe if I can get him to do that, we can work something out.
btw, I didn't know that there is an avi version of the AOL show, only real media. do you have the link to the avi? thanks.
