Hey everyone,
I am a new NC fan and I absolutely love them! The first song that I heard of their's was Out of the Woods, and I have fallen in love with the song. I play the violin and have several close friends who play guitar, mandelin, and sing. I have been trying to find sheet music of Out of the Woods, but I haven't had any luck. I really want to be able to perform this song with my friends, so if any of you know where you can find NC sheet music, especially Out of the Woods, please respond and let me know. I am dying to get this music. Thanks so much!

I actually was able to speak to Chris and Sean after a performance here in Oklahoma. They tune the guitar to DADGAD instead of EADGBE. Capo 2nd fret to sound like it is in E. If you need more info email me at scottmiller719@hotmail.com!!!!!
It really is a beautiful song.
Hope that helps!

I'm pretty sure that song is in D cause I've played along with the recording several times.

Im sorry!! I was also writing a tab for Sweet Afton at the same time and got confused. The song is in D. The chords are D A G Bm. But they are tuned to DADGAD. The high E is really a D tuned down. It will sound perfect tuned this way.
Sorry for the other post, Iwas spazzing out!

I was going to add that I thought Sweet Afton was played that way. Just making sure that everyone knew I was right and you were wrong that's all. ;)

What did you mean by the song was in D. Did you mean DADGAD or just regular D? Just curious. By the way, thanks for showing me how wrong I was and how right you were. If I have any questions I will be sure and ask you first since you were right and I was wrong. Thanks again !

I hope you know I was totally kidding with the right/wrong thing, hence the smilies. I was saying that it's in D along with the tuning of DADF#AD. That's how I play it anyway.
