I am brand new at all of this trading stuff, as I just found out a few days ago that trading was the official policy. That's cool, but I have a few questions.
1.) What, exactly, is a B&P? I know that it's when someone makes a copy of a show for you, but could anyone explain it in more detail?
2.) How come you can get shows for free? Chip talked about it on another post, but it was a little confusing to me. It seems rather backwards to not be able to pay for shows, although it probably makes things easier.
3.) Why do people get flamed when they ask if they can pay for a show when they don't know that you can't do that?
4.) So if you can't do a B&P, some peole will give you a show for free? All you have to do is ask?

Please don't take these questions the wrong way. I'm truly curious about all of this stuff and would just like to know some more about it. Thanks for any replies :)

1) B&P stands for Blank and Postage.
You send the person a blank cd and you pay for total postage. That means if the postage cost $2 put another $2 worth of stamps in the package. Dont foget to send them a blank cd A.K.A CDR

2) I think the reason artists allow you to trade shows is it gets their music out to the other people who normally would never listen to them. So now they have new fans who then go pay money to go see that artists show and then they buy that artists Real CD.

3)It is in no way acceptable to pay someone to give you a show. Not everyone knows this. As for why others flame people? I dont know

4)Yes in general. It depends on if you ask a really nice person. I would love to send you your first show but my cd burner has not worked in a long time. In other words its dead.

Hope I was of some help Good Luck!
