Who's this Super Fan I've heard about?

Hello Everyone!!!

One of the last times NC was on MWL, they had someone named 'Derek' Call in, and they referred to him as the Super Fan. (I think they said his name was Derek) They said he flys to all of there shows in a Jet! Who is he? and is he a member of this site?? [think]

chris exagrated a little i am told... they don't fly around in a private jet.

derek is really cool. he hangs around a little from time to time.. haven't seen him for a month or 2 though

You said 'They'. Is there more then one person?? Is it a group of people that attend all of the shows? I do remember when I saw them last August Chris went up and was hugging a bunch of people in a small crowd so I'm thinking that was him. Or 'Them'.

I met the superfan (Derek) at the Albany show on Saturday. He doesn't have a jet... but he does have a small plane that he flies sometimes to see NC. There were also some other people who called themselves superfans and then of course the superfan wannabes like me!

you can't be a super fan- unless one of the guys delcares you as one.... and derek was the first..... not too sure how many there are right now......

other wise- i am sure 98% of the people here would be super fans here

I met a husband and wife from the East Coast that had a small plane that they flew around in to see NC shows. They seemed very friendly, and the band new who they were right away. Are these the superfans to which you refer? If so, the superfans even gave me and my cousin some popcorn they had brought from their hotel. Nice people.

i don't know alot about this topic. just wanted to post about what matt said. that they have to declare you as one or most of us here would say we were super fans :) i just thought that was a little funny!! and i just want to say that i am a big fan of NC just have been declared a SF yet....notice i say yet, :p
