thx for posting that. that is a good picture of them. this is good for updating some of the newer ppl here on the board but i think also stressing some of the comments made by matt and chip how there are certain areas we just should be careful into how far we go. i'm not saying you did anything wrong..more just an *encouraging* thought. thx for the pic again and the news.

Yes, it is true that chris is engaged. As this was pretty important, I have already checked with them to see if it was reasonable to have this discussion up here.- [with our current privacy policy, there is no talk about their private lives]

Here is the deal.
Chris is ok with people knowing about it. He's of course very happy and proud about the whole thing.

However, since Chris and Jess appreciate and value their privacy, we would ask the discussion and speculation be kept to a courteous and respectful level.

I don't think Matt is talking about their personal lives changing, I'm pretty sure he means things have changed about the privacy issue since CMT has posted pics of the two of them together, but still sticking to Chris' and Jess's wishes, we should keep the discussion and speculation of the situation to a courteous, respectful and mature level. :)
