i'm not sure but i just check the nc.com site and there is no japan tour listed anymore. did they cancel? or maybe just feel that its no big deal if we know about it? i'm gonna go w/the first one or something along the lines of the chieftains canceled or like normal...postponed.

it is a common thing for dates to apear and dissippear , even if they are still on.. might be cancled... might need some more clarification before the public needs to know about it... may need to wait on the other bands involved to finish up their end of things, so everythign can be announced..... only john probably knows... matt

oh, and i just talked to the pipe player of the chieftians- some interesting and good news.. on their current plank road project [their 40th cd released, 41 years as a band], creek was aparently one of the first artists to agree to guest on the cd [ which is 2 cds worth of duo songs with artists] but had to delay due to them getting so big/ so quickly/ so busy... they are suposidly going to record a song together in the future or colobrate... [he was pretty excited about it] ... all the creek delays that have happened are a result of jsut beign too busy... we are all awaiting MAS... yet another result of their over stressing themselves..../ hopefully things will calm down a bit- i really love the colobration work they do/ solo projects:D

Awww Japan tour is cancelled? Better call up my Japanese buddies and tell them to stop looking out for it.
