Anyone with a car planning on going to the concert in Normal, Illinois on the 24th? Just wondering...

I didn't know they were going to be in Normal... how far is that from Chicago??? My bro and sis live there and might want to check it out, and if I could find a way to sneak down there I would do it in a heart beat!
How much are tickets, do you know?

My sister and I are going. I go to school in Cincinnati, so it will be a bit of a road trip for us. Well worth it though. Tickets went on sale on Tuesday, and I think they cost $26. We got third row center. :D Can't wait!!

jo, do you know how I can buy tickets? An 800 number or e-mail address or something? I live in Northern Michigan myself.

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Hey Irondaisy, the concert is in Braden Auditorium. The phone number is 1-309-438-5444. The place seat 3000- some people so there should be plenty of tickets.

I got my tickets the day they went on sale...I'm in the 4th row right in the center!!!Yay...I've never seen NC in concert but I've been listening to them forever so I can't wait. The show is 3 days before my birthday so that's going to be awesome! You should get tickets if you haven't...they're only $25.

jk, you're in for quite a show. I'm third row center! (seats 21 and 22) You will definately be blown away, and it's awesome that you will get to be so close your first concert.

I was so excited to see NC somewhere decently close to me with the Normal, IL and LaCrosse, WI shows, but the two shows are durring my finals week, just like what happened to me during the Minneapolis show a while back. They just can't make a date relitively close on a day I could actually go [bang]

We're going to be very close to each other at the show linzee...haha.Does anyone know if it'll be ok to take pics without a flash at the show?I'm not sure what Braden Auditorium's policy is.

Every concert I have been to has had a no-flash policy, but photos were ok. Braden may be different, but bring your camera just in case. I have to figure out a way to block my flash because with my non-flash setting, the shutter speed is slow, and the pictures look like the movie tron.

Hahaa yeah that isn't good.I just got a Cannon Rebel 2000 which is awesome but I've never used it without a flash so I suppose I better figure out how to do it.Is anyone planning on taping the show?

speaking of cameras, has anyone seen the photography section of casey driessen's site? he takes some really cool and different pictures and i found out that he uses a Canon PowerShot A50. He said that it was 3 yrs old but was still a goody. I'd thorougly suggest looking at his pictures and hearing his music at http://www.caseydriessen.com/
