How far have you driven?

How far have you driven to see Nickel Creek?

I went to the Conway, Arkansas show on 4/21. I met the band after the show and got the CD cover signed. Awesome! I drove 8 hour (from south louisiana) and took a day off of work to see them. I thought I was the only one who drove that far. Wrong! A couple from Baton Rouge, LA had driven up to see them also. Two young ladies had driven from Dallas to Conway (about 25 miles above Little Rock).

So my question is:

How far have you driven to see Nickel Creek?

i live up around cleveland ohio and went to a concert in parkersburg west virginia last year. my mom drove though not me i still have a year and ten days until i can drive.

3 1/2-4 hrs from anderson sc to greensboro nc. i met them there for the first time. they are great. i have seen them 2 other times and met them at those 2 times also.....they are great and i can't wait til the next show!!

Hey, I believe I am one of the girls you are talking about that drove from Dallas. Well, since then, I drove to North Carolina to Merlefest, which is over 1000 miles. It was well worth it. I was awe-struck by all of the musicians. What an experience!

I drove over 9.5 hours to see them. I think it worked out to about 600-650 miles each way. Half of the drive was on a two lane highway, so I got stuck behind people doing 55 for while.

It was that trip that helped my 88 Accord hit 200,000 miles. I stopped to take pictures, cause my family put every single mile on it.

It was definitely worth it. Sean signed my guitar, I met the whole band, and I had a front row seat in a small brewery that held less than 150 people. Rock!
