Yeah, I was there - it was a great show.

I was miffed about the Age limit too, because I really wanted to take my younger brother (He's not quite 13 but looks a couple of years older) and when I got there, there certainly seemed to be a lot of younger kids getting in. They had to be careful because the place had a license law...but they obviously weren't enforcing it too much. I would have loved to have taken him, but I don't think he'd be too keen on standing all that time somehow. lol.

But yeah - a great, great show. I can't comapre it to anything else, because it was my first NC gig, but I was majorly impressed. A lovely intimate venue too.

cadi, did you actually get turned away? or not bother going to the show?

i mean, i was the youngest (probably) at the bristol gig, but nobody really cared. *huge city of culture 2008 plug* i guess that's because it's the worlds best city though

for your own sake, next time, batter down the door if you have to! get fake i.d (not that i'd know about that...) or wear stilts. i don't know, you just HAVE to see them!

yeah i got turned away, the security guards were huge so my friend started stuttering and couldn't lie properly my mum was with us also so i thought we'd get in. what really pissed me off was that this guy in my year at school got in,no questions asked.
i'm still in mourning.[sob]
