Question about .shnf files

Okay once you have dowloaded them, how do you convert them to files so you can burn them onto a disc?

I used this for files I downloaded off of etree. It's free and all you have to do is download it, then you right click on the file you want to convert and it should say something like convert to WAV or something. I', pretty sure it works on SHN files. Sorry if this isn't what you were looking for.
