There's a very nice picture of Chris on page 7 of the newest issue of Bluegrass Unlimited....in a D'Adarrio ad. Same issue has yet another letter to the editor from a reader complaining that Nickel Creek really isn't bluegrass. As Alison Krauss would say.....No, they're just Nickel Creek!!

What stores can you find Bluegrass unlimited magazine from? I never found a place in the area that shelves their mag. Also, Sara was the cover of a recent Bluegrass Now magazine, but again, I couldn't find it at any bookstore or magazine rack anywhere!!

I haven't been able to find them either. There is a Women who Rock magazine (they carry them in the Target store near my house). There is a short article and picture of Sara.

We got a copy of Bluegrass Unlimited at a bluegrass festival about a year ago and, because we couldn't find it in a store, we subscribed.

They have a site....www.bluegrassmusic.com
maybe by contacting them that way you could get a list of places that carry it.

The magazine is very big on traditional bluegrass and often gives newgrass or any of the other versions either little coverage or negative coverage. Of course.....they had our NC on the cover a while back and a fairly decent article so all is not lost.

Some Borders and Barnes and Noble Stores carry them. It's kind of hit or miss though so you may want to call your local store and see if they carry the magazine or not.

i know i would really like to have those mags and i can't find them anywhere. if any of you could find them and would get me a copy i would pay you back for them.

I saw the Bluegrass Unlimited on the shelf at Barnes and Noble in Chicago, but i think the issue is February (not positive, though) so it probably isnt on the shelves anymore. You can order single copies on line. I think it is 3 dollars plus 2 dollars shipping (back issues may be a little more.) They come in an envelope so that they are not bent or scratched in the mail.
