Download attachment

How do you make an attachment that can be downloaded? I looked on the vB help page, and didn't see what I was looking for. I made a really cool (at least I think so) NC collage and wanted to share my masterpiece with everyone, whether or not y'all want to see it, but it's too large to post as a regular attachment.

It's probably so easy I'll kick myself tomorrow.
