help for the wedding

Hey all,

I'm getting married in a few months and my fiance and I wanted to have a good friend sing When You Come Back Down at the ceremony. We were hoping to have a guitar or piano accompany her, but I can't seem to find any tablature or sheet music for the song. I've tried figuring the chords out myself but can't seem to get it right. Does anyone know the progression, or where I might get some tab or sheet music?
