View Full Version : Official Volunteer MODS?

Hey, Matt and Chip, have an idea...

Ya know how some forum sites have official volunteer moderators? Well, we should do that here...maybe. We could have officially designated mods for each forum section. For example, 1 mod for the Sean section, 1 for the Sara section, 2-3 for General Disc., 2-3 for Off Topic, and so on and so forth. Reason being is that you guys, as totally awesome as you are, are not always available or have enough time to devote to moderating the forum as you you would probably like. This could free you guys up for whatever you have to do as well as keep the forum less cluttered and all that.

Whatcha think, homies?

i'd say it's a good idea as long as the moderator is a person who can keep things under control without being a total post nazi... i mean, i understand how too many repeat/off topic/meaningless posts are a problem, but on the other hand if people are afraid to say something that's kind of dumb too.
just my opinion.

I think the idea of volunteer moderaters sounds pretty good to me. If you need anyone I'm in.

for your information I am babysitting. hahaha I'm doing a job so I don't have to worry about bedtime, and yes the kids are sleeping. nachos and harry potter will do that to you:D

we have been thinking about this area for a while..
if we bring on a few mods...
1- it will be some one that we know well, and trust would follow directions well, and act acording to the position

i can also tell you that we will do the contacting if the person/ people we finally choose has volunteered or not will not make a difference on who we would approach....
