An act of desperation

OK-so I'm not really DESPERATE (because I know God will provide) but I didn't know what else to title this. OK here's the deal: I know quite a few people who post here are CHristians, so I thought I'd give this a shot. I am leaving in two weeks to be a missionary with Campus Crusade for Christ in a closed country for a year. Campus Crusade, for those who are not familiar, is a non-profit organization so I have to raise all my financial support. God has amazingly provided for me! I still need $3,000 in like two weeks, so if anyone here has a heart for missions and feels so lead to support me-even if it's a little bit, I would appreciatte it. As you can tell, I've run out of contacts :-) I know GOd is faithful and I know for sure He wants me to go, so if you're interested or want to know more, please email me southernyankee81@hotmail.com. P.S. If I don't post for a year-you know why :-) But, I think we can put some websites on our program (I know nothing about computers, but supposedly we ahve a program where we can visit certain websites and it blocks people from finding them if they get in our computers) so maybe I'll be able to.

That would be great to do something like that. I have 2 friends in Peru on a missions trip with some of our missionary friends. Within the next year I will be helping those missionaries with their children's christian puppet tv program. (they own their own Christian brodcasting network down in Ariquipa.) I will help write 30 minute programs! I'm so excited! I've already started writing one.
About you, I myself have not much money, but the incredible power of prayer! Is there any certain donomination you're with? I'm Baptist.

Hey thanks for oyur prayers! That's awesome waht oyu get to do! CAmpus Crusade is interdenominational, so all sorts of denominations are represented.
