Alison & NC?

I was wondering if anyone knows if NC and Alison Krauss are planning to tour together? That would be an awesome combo...

Not anytime soon, I know that, but I would be all for that! Man, I live on the East Coast and I would FORCE my parents to go to Japan (OK, maybe not Japan...) to see that. :D Wow, that would be cool. Somebody should suggest that to either Alison or NC. I would love to see that. Alison did do a song with NC a couple of years ago that Ron Block (of Union Station) wrote. Kinda of a Christmas song that Alison sang lead on. It was called Things Aren't Always As They Seem. I don't really remember it (the part about them singing together, I've seen Alison do it at a Christmas special they did last year), because I had just started to like both groups, and I didn't think it was too big of a deal. (Although, I did call my dad to tell him that Alison Krauss was just on with Nickel Creek.)

I almost did that. ;)

My grandparents live in Taiwan, and my parents were tentatively planning to visit them this summer and with a quick visit to Japan... well, Nickel Creek had listed tour dates there in June I believe, so... haha.

The plans fell through, though (my dad was sick for a bit). Would've been awesome.
