For those of you who missed it, the show at Graves' Mt. Lodge bluegrass festival (Madison co. VA) was awesome! They played 2 45 minute sets & the second set was......wow. For lack of time, Sean claimed they were going to stuff as many songs into one last song as they could. And they did. They always turn the Fox song into other songs, but not 20 songs! (**ok, maybe i'm exaggerating...**) They played so many songs.....some at the same time as others! Did anyone else catch the Star Wars theme? And I'm pretty sure not many others caught this, but they played the theme to the original Mario Brothers game! I must admit --- that hit me close to the heart......I'm a die hard Nintendo fan. All those other companies & systems just wish they were as cool as Nintendo. Mario forever!!!!

THAT'S what that song was! They threw the mario song in at the show we saw, and I've listened to it over and over, thinking...I KNOW that I know this song...so I asked my friend who knows tons of classical stuff, and she didn't know...anyway, it's always good to put things together. It's funny, b/c I've been known to play the music that comes on when you're underground...do-da, do-da, do-da..........do-da, do-da, do-da.........can you hear it?
Very cool.

I was there! You're right-they did awesome, as usual. When they played the MArio Bros song, my friend JAmie and I were trying to figure out what it was and then she screamed, It's the MArio SOng! and we got a couple weird glances-haha-and we were cracking up-don't ya love them?! When I saw them in NC, they played a NIrvana song-haha=that was hilarious.
The Graves Mountain FEstival was well worth the drive-and getting lost for 45 minutes (don't EVER get directions off Mapblast, that's all I have to say!)
God bless!
