Encore at bham

Yes I was at Bham and i thought the encore was wonderful. It lasted about 45 minutes and you could have heard a pin drop. One of the songs they did, instead of clapping (because that obviously would have been too loud) some of the audience started snapping..haha and sara looked at the bass player in amazement and said they're snapping. and on another elliot smith song, some were humming. I thought it was a wonderful encore.

Some people were shhhhhhhing even the snapping... someone's always gotta get their panties in a twist!

aw what a bummer :( maybe they really were having a hard time hearing though?? but it's hard to see snapping causing too much of a prob - something like that can even help you pick out a rhythm and figure out what you're hearing a lot easier! but, as you said...somebody's always gotta get upset! :p

Well, I was sitting about as far back as the shhers, and I could hear better over the snapping than the shhhing.
