Did anyone go to the concert in St Cloud. It was trully amazing. I saw them once before in LaCrosse, but this time was so much better. But anyway the concert in St Cloud last night was the best concert I have ever seen. They have an amazing talent. I am so glad there is a band like nickel creek out there, and not just the teen pop bands that are so popular. I heard a new song, to me, last night called She Can't Complain, it was one of those songs that made the night. And then for thier encore they played full acustic with no mics., You could really hear the pasion in their voices, it was one of those thing I will never forget.
Thank You Nickel Creek

I was there! It was awesome! That was my first NC concert. It was excellent. I really loved it when chris and sean sang warmth of the sun. Words just can't describe how happy I was to be there. YEAH FOR NICKEL CREEK!

here are my highlights of the evening
1) Sarah singing Sabra Girl, She has an amazing voice, one that I could listen to all day and not get tired of it
2) Chris singing House Carpenter, I mean he sang like the whole first verse just himself, no instuments or anything, Just Himself.
3) during the Fox Song when the bass player started to tap dance, how cool is that
4) the encore, no other band I know would go on stage and perform fully acustic, no mics., nothing. I loved that so much
5) The Theater, that place is one of the coolest places I have seen to have a concert in, there is no really bad seat in the whole place.

I just went to the St. Cloud show and I can say without a doubt, it was the most amazing experience of my life. The venue was the coolest that I've been to (I've been to three other shows) and meeting with Sara again afterwards was delightful. I was waiting around for Chris and/or Sean to come out and I was worried they weren't going to because it was getting kinda late.

But then Chris came out briefly to tell the people who were still waiting in the theater to go next door to a little coffee shop called the Bistro. There they played about 45 minutes of extra music to the 20 of us that were still waiting around. It started with Chris by himself, then Sean came and just chimed in, then Mark, and finally Sara. It was mostly traditional instrumentals that were amazing. They also played Between the Bars by Elliott Smith. You could almost hear everyones heart breaking when they finished that song. Incredible. They ended the mini-concert with a sing-along of When You Come Back Down. They seemed like they were wanting to stay longer, but their manager said they had to leave. I've loved Nickel Creek for a while now, but this experience was absolutely amazing. I've never felt closer to a band before. I really hope they do it again next year!
