Okay, so I found this article:
Acts I was most sick of in 2003: Cher, Marc Cohn, Bob Schneider, Nickel Creek. I know, they're not locals. So I wish they'd stop playing here {Twin Cities} all the time as if they are.

OMG! The whole point of touring is to go around the country and sometimes the world and share their music!!!! GRRRRRRRR! This guy is so bull. It's at the bottom of the page on the website...

How could anyone say that they are sick of Nickel Creek? Obvioulsy someone who doesn't know what music is. And the fact that they are sick of them playing in Twin Cities? If they are sick of them then send them down my way(Vegas) I would be glad to finally get to see them perform. That guy is so rude.

I decided to write the guy and politely explain that Nickel Creek is a well liked band and that he just needs to broaden his musical horizons. :D

Exactly...I was kinda afraid to confront him, because, yeah...I kinda slapped a guy who made fun of them...it was at school, and I almost got suspended...Anyway...[evil eye]

That guy probably doesn't care what we think of his opinion, and there's no reason he should. Therefore, I don't see any reason to bother actually contacting him. I mean, just about everyone I've ever know likes The Counting Crows & Matchbox 20, but I think those are two of the worst bands to ever play a note. Now, do I care what the CC & MB20 fans think of me? Heck no! Besides, the only real dumb thing he said was that NC plays their so often, it's as if they think they're locals. To this, I say...Huh?!? How often does he think they actually play in that area? Somebody check their logs. How many times have they played there in the last year, even the last few years?

bulls eye. so if he said he was sick of nickel creek and they play over there as he puts it alot then does this mean he goes to see them or something?
