Somebody please tell me all about it. We had a playoff game and I couldn't make it.

I went...it was really cool. I saw them at Jubilee Jam in Jackson last year (since ur from ms u probably know what it is), and I think I might have liked this show better. It had a lot more of a rock vibe going...loud and hard...they played the heck outta them things...lol. It was mainly all fast too, they played some of their medium-speed songs a little faster and added some extra stuff. Chris acted like he was either drunk or high the whole time.... hahaha. He's such a geek. A cool geek though. ;) But yeah, it was awesome. I like to see them totally rock out onstage since the cds are more mellow. It was basically a college show though which I didn't expect, I thought there would be more, I dunno, starkvillians??? Probably not the right word lol, but ya know...more families and stuff, since it was downtown not on campus. I think the majority was msu students though. But who cares I was just there for nickel creek. I can write more about it later....

I have been kicking myself for not getting to attend, Fri night we beat Noxapater 9-8. Sat we lost to Wheeler 5 -3 then Noxapater 16-14 and I just couldn't make it. I thought about just leaving but I couldn't just leave the team. So write as much as you want to about it. I'd be very glad to read it. Thanks a million.

Have a great one!:)

Yeah too bad you didn't get to go...it seems like they come to ms relatively often though. They were just at ole miss in march. Maybe they like it here.....:p

Well the bad part about the show was they didn't play Lighthouse Tale which is one of my favorites. :( Or Spit on a Stranger - i love that song - it's so fun it would have been really cool. But they played a really good variety.

The first one they played was an instrumental I think it was OdeTo A Butterfly. Then they played I Shoulda Known Better. After that I don't remember the order but they did Smoothie Song (it was really awesome), When You Come Back Down, Reasons Why (those 2 faster than normal but it sounded cool), Tom Bobadil, This Side, Robin and Marian, Speak, Cuckoo's Nest, Out of the Woods, Sweet Afton (2 of the few slow ones) and maybe some other songs off the cds I don't remember. :D

But they played a new song, called Rain on the Window I think [think har , something about rain. It was pretty slow too. And they did that Crooked Jack song, and Gillian Welch's Caleb Meyer. That one was really cool. The encore was awesome, they did a lot of songs arranged really cool, one of them was The Fox. The encore was very high energy, lots of singing fast and jumping around. [noise] Well that's about all the songs I can think of right now and this is getting to be a long post. Hope you found at least some of this interesting....haha.
