The uploaded file is not a valid GIF or JPG file. Please ensure that it is and try again.

what does this mean? I tried to do the picture thing but it said ^that instead. Help me I'm slighty confused.

the file you upload needs to be one of those types. look at the file name to find out if it's the right type. if it has .gif or .jpg at the end, then it's the right type. if not, then you must convert it somehow.

I really like the shadow picture of the band on the original web site. Its on the 'bio' page. if you could 'fix' it for me I would be eternally greatful!!
