NC on Austin City Limits May 15th!!

Not sure if this has been posted yet or not, but I noticed on Austin City Limits website that the second Nickel Creek show will be airing again this weekend.

I'll be ready soon for a new NC show when they go to promote the new cd. But I'll watch it again I suppose. I have it on a tape and I watch it and the 1st one all the time. Everybody really should check it out.

The local PBS station here (KLCS) actually has a different schedule, they are showing AKUS and the Flatlanders this weekend.

Thanks for the heads up though. I have the second show taped, and it's the only Nickel Creek TV appearance I have. I never caught the first show with Dolly Parton, nor the Headline News feature and the Tonight Show performance. I know they will never get shown on air again, but for those do have them, that is just the joy of collecting!

I caught it too! It was awesome, they even did a new song, that sounded awesome! Does anyone know anything about it? Is it from their upcoming album?

All the stuff from the ACL show is from This Side with the exception of Tax Man which is beatles cover and Big Sam Thompson which is off of Thiles Not all who Wander are lost album. :)

The show was great, even though my PBS station lost the sound for the last part of Smoothie song...
