Yesterday, the new Maroon5 cd, Songs About Jane came out. Now, I've been following this band for years now even though I'm an east-coaster. They're outta LA & were originally called Kara's Flowers. I thought they were great to begin with, but this cd just proves it. The sound is much more grown up & way different than anything else. It's rock, but with soul. Hard to describe. But really good. I wish i could see them live, but sadly, they're never toured near me. They usually stay pretty close to Cali. (this summer, they're touring with Train & Sheryl Crow as part of some outdoors thing) Anyhow, check em out cuz they ROCK! [noise]
