Anyone see Chris on the cover of Acoustic Guitar magazine. It is awesome. Long article about Deceiver and touches on many of the ideas that went into the CD. Totally cool to see this today at my favorite music store. I didn't see this posted anywhere, so i hope this wasn't already discussed somewhere else.

Yes, I just bought it today. Unfortunately, I don't have it here with me. He talks about the recording process and the songs and how he hopes people will give the CD a chance and not judge it without listening to it about 5 times or so.

On the magazine's website it has the current issue as the one with LAGQ (Los Angeles Guitar Quartet) on the cover. I really need to ride over to Barnes & Noble!

Hey jonraz, it is actually the Feb. issue which explains why I've had so much trouble trying to track down another copy of it. I was out today and all I came across was the Jan issue. My friend who owns a CD and record(yes records) store must have gotten it early. So watch for it really soon. Its cool as they also talk about the instruments that he played on the CD. Its a great look into his thought process on this CD and why he recorded certain songs the way that he did. I must be one of the lucky few who already have this issue.

Yay! I found it. I guess they post the articles early on their website.

It is now on the newsstands as I saw it at Barnes and Noble yesterday. Also has the words and music to On Ice for those who are curious.
