i don't know if any of you remember reading in sean's solo album about a peter and trip sprauge but they were the engineers on his cd i think. and if you read in sean's journal he says he's been doing some recording at his friend peter sprauge's studio. well if you go here... http://petersprague.com/ and click on spraugeland you can read some info on the studio and see a pic of nc recording there. also click on the eye & the ear and scroll down to july 12th and you will see that sean and sara will be doing a concert with him and some other people in san deigo.

Does anyone know if a release date has been announced for this album yet? I keep seeing mentions of it here and there on the board, but if anyone's mentioned a date, I haven't seen it.

Whenever it's coming out, I can't wait to buy it!

well, when I saw them in concert at Merlefest, Sean said it would probably be out at the end of summer or something like that....but you know how that kind of thing goes!

Yeah, I know what you mean...I never count on when any record is coming out until I hear that a release date has been officially announced, lol. That's why I asked if that had happened yet. :)

I would think that Sugar Hill might not want to release it *too* close to the date of NC's new album, wouldn't you? If that's a correct assumption, I would think we probably shouldn't look for Sean's album before sometime in the fall. The sooner the better, though, as far as I'm concerned! :):p :D
