N.C. with Bela Fleck?

Does anyone know if Nickel Creek will tour with Bela Fleck and the Flecktones. Bela is going to be doing a show in my city in September and I want to know if there is a chance that Nickel Creek will be joining him. I live in Southern California, so maybe they will have time to play with Bela. If anyone knows any information, please reply. I will get tickets if Nickel Creek will be there, even though I have never heard Bela. It would be the only chance that I could see N.C. in the near future. I really want to meet Sean, as well as Sara and Chris. I hope they do come with Bela. Thanks

If the show has already been advertised as a Bela show with no mention of NC, then it's probably a Bela show without NC... usually when there are double bills, it's worked out well in advance. The NC webmaster is also really quick about updating tour date info on the nickelcreek.com site, so if it's not there, it's probably not happening.


Also, with the new record out, NC will probalby be quite busy touring alone (or with an opening act) to support their album... but anything is possible in the crazy world of the music business :)

You should definately check out Bela Fleck even if NC isn't with him...he rocks! I saw him and Chris Thile in concert together on Mountain Stage and he was awesome! (though, of course, not as awesome as Chris!) :)
