Street Team application

I have a few questions about the application they send you when you sign up for Street Team. I feel dumb asking but I am stumped so I will go ahead and ask anyway.

First, I don't really know what to put on questions 2 and 3 about geographic location and its niche in the marketplace and an appropriate marketing strategy specific to your geographic location. Am I just stupid or what? I don't have any promotional suggestions either.

Second, the last question, number 7, asks you to list 5-10 places you would visit. My town is pretty small so I don't know that I can provide that many addresses and phone numbers without reaching outside my city, maybe even state. Do I need to try to do that or just list as many as I can or what?

Sorry this is so long but I am just so confused and am wondering if I should just give up. I want to get involved but I am not sure if I can actually be of much help. Any answers on any of this would be greatly appreciated.:confused:

geographic location and its niche in the marketplace:: where you live and what are things in or around your town that would let you do publicity. or places like concert venues or something that would be ok for a concert.

an appropriate marketing strategy specific to your geographic location:: like if you lived around the beach you would do stuff where there are alot of people around the beach area. so if there is a local club or something where people hang out promo there. like doin stuff like flyers and makin phone calls to your radio stations.

as far as listing places you might have to go to the smaller surround towns if you live in a smaller area. where i live i live in a college town, and the 2 places around me are college towns so i have a little bit of variety to choose from.

Don't worry anna, I had the same problem. When I filled out my application, I just babbled on for so long I figured they got bored and just approved me without reading it all!

what do they send you in the mail after you apply? Has anyone gotten any propaganda?

yeah, i got mine....it had a bunch of info about nickel creek and some other sh artists and some posters and stickers about nickel creek.

I did and then she (Holly) sent me an email with another application attached to it on Acrobat Word, so I was just wondering if that applicatin was supposed to be emailed or mailed since it was on acrobat word as an attatchment and not a regular email ya know?
