They are headed to the U.K. in August as in next month. Keep checking the tour dates here as there should be an update really soon for you.

Hi

I'm not sure it will be August, I think September is more likely... but no-one knows because no dates have been officially released yet.

Not to blatantly plug - but www.nickelcreek.co.uk is a good place to get any whispers.

Hey, plug away...your site is awesome! One of the best NC sites out there!

Oh, cheers!

This is going to sound a bit 'and as if by magic', but I have just heard details of a London date in September. Once again, see www.nickelcreek.co.uk for info!

20.07.05 | Nickel Creek Tour - one London date so far!
Tickets for a Nickel Creek show at St James' Church, Piccadilly, London - 9th September - are now on sale. Can you feel the excitement?!

I suppose it was something I said. Or was it Proust you only had to ask!

Thaks for the signpost to .co.uk

Ask and ye shall receive. They announced that they would be touring the U.K. at the beginning of July. Hopefully they will be somewhere near you or you can drive a wee bit to attend a show.

Hmm, they better not be playing just London. It's as difficult for me to get to a gig there as it is to see one in the States.

Come to the West Country,Nickel Creek! You know you want to!

Nickel Creek playing at a church in London...wow. BEST CONCERT EVER...Coming from someone from the states whose life long dream is to visit Europe that makes me very jealous...

BTW, loved that you quoted Proust...check out my siggy.

They will be playing other shows in the U.K. Just be patient(as hard as that can be sometimes) and I'm sure there will be more dates released very soon.

Another church in London eh? Nice. I went to the Union Chapel show as well, so this might turn into some sort of tradition.

Ordered my ticket straightaway, along with my Easycrap :D flight. I could always hope for a show in Holland, but that's not going to happen...

I think NC will sound great at St. James'. For those of you going who've not been there before, it's a lovely venue, not quite a big as Union Chapel where they played on the tour before last but still a nice venue nonetheless.

Hi there,

any news 'bout other European countries that might have the luck to welcome NC (like Belgium ore Holland)?
I can't imagine that they come to the old world for only a couple of gig s in the uk ...

Is this for certain because rumours are now circulating that the London show is all there will be!

My patience is being severely tested here :p

Looks like London 9 September so hopefully they'll do a venue near you. I'm hoping there's another visit to Manchester (Lowry) planned but I'm willing to travel. Seeing Alison Krauss in Edinburgh 7 September!

...tour dates are officially up and there is a big gap from 8/25-9/30...but why wouldn't they list their UK/Europe tour dates?
