Pre-Sales for concert tickets?

I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about becoming a member on the concert pre-sales page? I'm having some trouble trying to figure this out...so I thought someone might know, or could let me know what I'm doing wrong!:rolleyes:
The tickets for the show in my city go on pre-sale on Friday so I'm trying to figure it out before then.

Re-register with a new username and password, but don't put any numbers or anything other than letters in your username. i had to do the same thing. That should do the trick as it worked for me. Good luck and yell if that doesn't help.

Well, I guess more of the problem that I'm having is that when I'm on the presale page and click buy tickets or ticket info it's just taking me right back to that same page! Is anyone else having this problem? There's nowhere for me to log in either on that page...
I'm so lost.:confused:

There's a post on this on the tour/concert msg. bd. Lots of people having trouble, but some of us got it to work.

Are people still having trouble? Darn it! I need to get tickets tomorrow for Nashville. Somebody better fix that.

I checked and it SEEMS to be working ok now....only columbus is not on the list and the tickets go on sale tomorrow! Ahh, they better get that up there!!! I want my tickets! lol:)
