Chris Thile is so sweet!

I got to meet Chris Thile he is so sweet and down to earth. Has anyone met Sarah and Sean I want to know how they are in person? If anyone has let me know please :)

Yes I met them both. Actually, I have met Sean three times, and he is super nice (though a little quiet). Sarah was maybe the nicest of them all though! I was at a concert at merlefest and she was there, just watching the concert with her dad, and I was like, the total rude fan and went up to her even though she was just trying to watch the concert (i know, i know, that was horrible, but i seriously could not stop myself)...anyway, she was soooo nice! she introduced me to her dad and then she told me that she liked my shirt (i had on a nickel creek t-shirt) and she was just so awesome! and I agree with you that Chris is awesome! I have met him three times too, and every time he has just been so nice! I actually CRIED the second time I met him! It was SOOO embarassing! but anyway, there's my story...Nickel Creek is awesome!

How did you guys get to meet Chris, Sarah, and Sean?....and three times??? Me and my friends tried to get them to sign autographs after a show and there were so many people in line that they didn't even get to us. I would love to meet them, but I don't think that they're coming back my way for a concert. It would be really cool to do CMT's Got me in with the band series with Nickel Creek. I would love to spend a day with them and get to interview them.

the in with the band would be awesome. i have got to meet them just by hangin out after all the shows. plus i don't mind waitng forever!! its just one of the things that i enjoy doin!! i love talkin to them. its really great to be able to meet some of your fave musicians!!

I was in Nashville visiting my uncle and he is a producer for Sugar Hill so He took me backstage and I got to meet Chris....but Sarah and Sean werent there it was just Chris playing with 3 other muscians it was awesome though. :) Hey did you guys know Chris is already engaged?!

I got to meet them every time at Merlefest. It's this huge bluegrass festival in North Carolina...and it is so awesome! I've been to see them only once outside of Merlefest and didn't get to meet them afterwards. I think that if you want to meet them, you should hurry up and find a way to do so because pretty soon they are going to blow up and our chances of meeting them will be slimmed down...not that them getting huge will be a bad thing!

I've met each of the band members twice, and it never fails to amaze me how friendly and down-to-earth they are. At a recent concert I went to my friend and I were waiting to get their autographs out by their tour bus, but Chris had gone off for a post-concert run. When he got back, he actually thanked us for waiting and signed autographs and took pictures with us, despite the fact that it was 11:30 and the concert had ended over an hour ago! When we went to leave he thanked us AGAIN for waiting for so long and told us to have a great night. It's the little things like that--the tolerance and respect they have for their fans--that make them so special.

I met Sean in L.A. at a club. It was just sean and sarah, chris wasn't there. Sean was so sweet and he was so happy that I had his cd. There were only about 50 people there, so I was able to talk to him a lot. He wasn't quit or shy at all. Maybe it was because Chris wasn't there and there weren't very many people around. I didn't have a chance to talk to Sarah, but sean was so kind to me and my friends. He took pictures with us and signed my cd.

I've met them all 3 times because I am psycho-stalker.[eek!!]
I am of course, as usual, only kidding! I just stick around after concerts and eventually get to meet them. They are all so nice. I find Christ the easiest to talk to because he's so outgoing and Sarah is easy to talk to because she's a girl and Sean, well that's a challenge because he's hot and hot guys intimidate me :-) He's real quiet too, so if you're going to meet Sean, think of a question to ask him because he'll talk to you but he usually doesn't initiate conversation. Oh and speak loud-because I thought he was ignoring me but I actually don't think he could hear me (that makes him sound deaf or something-I mean, the place was really loud!)

I meant CHRIS is the easiest to talk to-bad typo. hahah well, Christ is extremely easy to talk to, but we don't have to stick around after concerts to talk to Him :-)

I've met all three of them twice now... They're all very sweet... Chris was deffinatly the most out going, while Sean and Sara were a little bit shy... But they were still VERY nice!

I have yet to meet them but I figure that sean would be the most difficult to talk to b/c of the same reason..... hot guys intimidate me. But then most people have told me I'm intimidating so its a double whammy.:p
