I just ordered my tickets today to that show. I am so excited cause I got second row!!! Don't mean to rub it in. Is anyone else going to this show?

I'm having issues b/c I really really want to see NC but I'll already be moved into Murray State in KY and the next weekend I'm seeing John Mayer and Guster at the Ryman....grr I REALLY want to see the creeksters though!!!!! What should I do...???

So after reading your post I got kind of frantic about tickets, because I am sure this show will sell out. I went to the offical Ryamn site and it still says tickets go on sale July 24th, I thought that might have been an error so I went to the Ticketmaster website and the show is not listed on there either. So I imagine the offical on-sale date is still July 24th.
My question to you is how did you get tickets already? Did you get some comps, which is super cool if you did, I'm just curious how you got tickets already.

I tried to find out how to get tickets for that show a couple days ago and couldn't find anything about it at all. I went to the ryman website and NC's tickets section but had no luck at all. I really want to see that show too! How do you get tickets?:confused:

Oops! Please disregard what I said about not finding any info on the tickets; I just found it. I would still like to know how someone got some early though.

Well I went to the nickelcreek.com site yesterday around 4pm cst and saw that the tickets were on sale already. I had been checking the site ever since they made the announcement last week sometime. I clicked on Tickets and soon I was set up. These are actual tickets right? I also checked out ryman.com and saw an advertisement for the show on there with an order tickets link. I think this show will come close to selling out. I hope it does. They deserve it. :D

Well, now I understand. I totally overlooked the order tickets link. The July 26th date is the official on-sale date to the general public, however tickets are avaliable for the show through nickelcreek.com. Take note though that the online sales through the official website ends 08/04/02. Well, I glad we got that all straigtened out. Congrats on those 2nd row tickets.

Indeliblegrace - I just read about your little dilemma, tough decision. I just thought I'd let you know that NC is going to be at Murray State this Fall, probably November, so if you can't make the Ryman concert at least you can catch them at MSU. Lisa

Irob how do you know they'll be at Murray State? Where did you hear that at? I would really like to see them there again. good venue.

I talked to somebody that works at MSU this weekend and they said NC was coming back sometime this fall, but the date hadn't been finalized. I can't wait to see them there again, it was a great show last November. Hopefully they'll have the balcony reopened so even more people can enjoy them this time. Lisa
