This is probably REALLY REALLY old.....but I think I read somewhere that Sean started out playing piano :confused: I don't know if that's right or not since he mainly plays guitar...but if anyone can confirm this for me....I would be really happy...since I don't even remember if it was Sean I was reading about :D and it would be SO cool if he did, because I play piano..but...I'm still confused....heehee..HELP!! please?

hmm...i thought that he started out with mandolin...but i'm really not sure!

i'm almost positive he played (plays) piano as well as mandolin and guitar

yeah all of them, lol. when nickel creek first started sean played mando and chris played guitar, and now you can see that they have changed!

Hey,

Sean started on the piano, then he started learning mandolin the same time Chris did (I think) (at this time Chris was learning guitar). Then, Chris and Sean kinda switched, Sean learned more guitar, and Chris switched over to mando. (I think this is correct...).
