Has anyone else ever IMed Chris??

Howdy,
I was just wondering if anyone else besides me ever IMed Chris online?? He's certainly not on often, but I caught him once and we talked a little bit...I don't really know if it was him or not, but it was on his screenname, so....but has anyone else ever IMed him?? He was certainly very nice, but maybe he had a lot of other people talking to him, as he didn't say goodbye to me...He was really sweet though!:D

i've talked to sara a few times, but i've never seen chris on and i've always wondered if sean has a screenname. he probably does since the others do, but i have no idea what it is.

Actually, one does not :)

Sara is the only one of the three that's online on a regular basis, and she's only given her IM identity to a very few people (for obvious reasons), and has asked everyone that does have it not to give it out.

Chris is almost *never* online, and Sean only rarely... so best to communicate with the band by sending short notes to the band through the nickelcreek.com website.

Besides, as busy as they are, we're probably best off not bugging them... I think that Matt and I combined have spoken to Chris once on the phone and emailed Sara maybe once or twice in the past 3 months, and that was on urgent issues that we hadn't been able to resolve other ways... so being low-key is the most respectful thing we can do for the band at this point :)

Yes, I think that is good advice, Chip.

And if I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, considering that I am new and all, I would like to say that I think it might be a good idea for people who do have personal screen names and such for the band members to refrain from talking publicly about iming them and things like that. If the band's popularity explodes in the near future the way some are predicting it mignt, there will be lots more new people like me coming around here before long, and anyone who has let it be known that they might have a personal s/n for a member of NC could find themselves being being besieged with emails from people trying to drag the information out of them, which is something y'all might want to avoid, lol.

I feel like I became a NC fan about a year too late, darn it. Just now that I'm getting interested, they're probably going to get too popular to keep interacting with the fans the way they have in the past, and I'll never get to meet them. Oh, well, whatever. :p

I think that they definately are going to explode....but I also think that they will ALWAYS take the time to spend with their fans...ya might just have to work a little harder to get to them!

i don't believe that any of us do have his screen name, plus he isn't online alot either. the best thing ya could do if ya want to, is send him an email from their website!

since no one's posted here since 7/20, i guess this conversation is pretty much over. but since i just joined *today* (yay!), i would like to add: sheesh - craziness! how would you even go about finding out their screennames in the first place kokomo?! weird. yeah, and i bet they're never on! i'm sure they're so completely busy that it must be ridiculous... i couldn't even imagine. anyways, glad to be here, see everyone around. :D
