I emailed the seller,and also let NC's management know. Maybe s/he will be cool and remove it.

If anyone is feeling particularly devious, the way to terminate this auction is to register as an ebay seller, and put in a ridiculous bid ($1000 or something), wait until the auction ends, and don't follow through... not particularly wonderful, but neither is copyright infringement.

but i reported the sellers to sugarhill also!! but i will keep a look out on the auction and if it doesn't go too high ( like to where i couldn't pay for it) i might buy it myself and keep people from reselling it!!
