Nickel Creek Cd's

I have Nickel Creek's self titled cd, but i was just wondering if there were any more cd's that they released as a group? I know it's a stupid question but i am not sure cause i heard some songs that aren't on the cd i have

I have an import single of The Lighthouse's Tale that I ordered from Amazon, and I think it's awesome. It has 3 audio tracks (radio edit of The Lighthouse's Tale and live versions of Let It Fall and The Fox), plus the video for The Lighthouse's Tale. The cds that they have out now and are available are:

1. Little Cowpoke...their first cd, it is really old and pretty much sounds *nothing* like they sound now. it's a children's album with mostly ranch-type songs on it. You can order it from:

2. Nickel Creek...their debut album...there are actually 3 versions of it, one from like, 1997 or something, a re-issued version (the most common one from like, 2000, and the newest one that was released in Europe. The music on all three is exactly the same, they just have different covers.

3. The Lighthouses Tale enhanced cd, which was already mentioned.

On at least 2 of Chris's solo albums, Sean and Sara are guests, and his first two at least sound alot like NIckel Creek's sound, so if you like Nickel Creek you might want to pick them up. They are

1. Stealing Second
2. Leading Off
3. Not All Who Wander Are Lost

Sean's solo album also has Chris and Sara as guests...the name of it is Let it Fall.

ALL OF THESE ALBUMS ARE AWESOME...EVERYONE SHOULD DEFINATELY BUY THEM!!!!

I tried to order The Lighthouse's Tale advanced CD from a local record store. After waiting a coulple weeks I went to check on it for the third time or so and they said that they could not get it because only so many are made and apparently they have all been sold. Has anyone else had trouble getting one?:confused:

guys, the enhanced cd isn't that great...unless you really like let it fall, cause the live version is neat...but the fox is nowt new from what you'll have heard in concert. Plus if you were that bothered you could download the LHT video....BUT if y'all can't get it I can try for ya because maybe we can get it easier here? Or maybe copy it for ya and send it...because y'all have bought the album, did try to buy the single, I DID buy the single so it wouldn't be that bad would it? Lemme know....

Well, I see your point, but the band's policy (not to mention the record company) is no trading of commercially available recordings... so best not to do that :)

creekster_anna, did you try getting the enhanced Lighthouse's Tale CD from Amazon? I just got mine from there in the last couple of weeks; also, I just went and checked, and it 's still available from there. They evidently still have some stock; so if anyone wants it, I would go order one now while you still can! [noise]

And Taipan, I must respectfully disagree about this CD being not all that great. I think it is AWESOME, and it was worth every penny to me. The live version of The Fox alone was worth the price to me. I think it's a very suggestive thing; even though some may find this CD to be unimpressive, I'm sure others are going to LOVE it. I highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't have it. :)
