Thanks again!, and if there is anyone out there who's knowledge is deeper than the almighty NCfan4ever(doubtful but may as well ask:D ) clue us in ;)

hehehe :D I hit Borders today and saw what they had, lots of the songs I had seen people talking about, but hadn't heard of myself, were on the old Chris Thine albums(the ones NCfan4ever was talkin about). Ill eventually get em, but not until I get Let it fall and Those who wander, thanks again for the input guys;) And may NC make music as long as we live Wooohooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Does anyone know where you can get a copy of Here to There, that album they released before Nickel Creek that seems to have disappeared? [think] Only an addict would want one so bad which pretty much explains my thinking...
Oh! By the way, I'm new here, that's why you probably haven't seen me before you guys rock!!:D

Here to There is the Holy Grail of Nickel Creek lore. It was self-published by the band, so most likely only a couple thousand were made.
The band basically feels that it's a substandard recording (I beg to differ) so they've let it go out of print. And because there are so few of them to begin with, you're unlikely to run into it in a music store or even on Ebay. I have from time to time seen some of the tracks floating around on KaZaa and Gnutella, but not often.
I was lucky enough to get what must have been one of the last CDs in November of 2000 from the band's website, but for now you just have to keep an eye out at used music stores.
