No, I've never even seen an NC album in stores (My friends have though... made their Christmas shopping a little easier for them lol ;) ) But I think Best Buy is the best bet for the stores I know

The best bet is to find a little indie record store and ask them to special order it for you if they don't have it. There is one store near me that I order CD's through all the time. I have occasionally seen Sean's CD's in stores, but not too often.

I've had trouble finding Sean's too. So I've made up my mind to download off of Itunes. I got some Itunes money for Christmas.
I got about $10 left to use. Any suggestions on songs to buy from the first two albums? Thanks

I found both Sean's and Chris's solo albums at an FYE (For Your Entertainment). They only had one copy of each, so I grabbed them and ran. Well, I paid for them first.

my barnes and noble stocks deceiver, nawwal, and 26 miles consistently...i actually found leading off there the other day...to get let it fall, or stealing second, you just have them order to the store ...ie, you pay for it when you pick it up, no shipping cost to you...
of course their prices can be a little high w/out an employee discount...
don't tell them i said that... :D

I find NC cds occasionally at Walmart, but FYE in the mall usually has them + all the solo cds. Best bet is that if someone doesn't have them, to just ask them to order them since Sugar Hill/Welk distributes them.

I found Sean's Let It Fall @ FYE in the mall. Which surprised me, because I thought that was the hard one to get, Barnes & Nobles is the best place to get Chris's I think.

FYE really is a great store. I can usually find just about anything in there....and they're really helpful if you want them to get a CD for you.
Props for FYE!

Probably the best thing to do would be to go to your local record store (if you have one) that isn't affiliated with Walmart, Best buy, or Circuit City etc. and get them to order it for you. That's what I did the day before Blinder's On came out and it got there the next day. I didn't even have to pay to order it.

Once again, I have to give credit to FYE. I went to the mall yesterday, and they had Blinders On.

I just saw a copy in Borders. It was listed under the POP selections though- Chirs and Mike's were under bluegrass. WOW the cd clerk said Nickel Creek off the top of his head. when I asked him to find the artist Sean Watkins.
Very impressed,,

there were a bazillion copies in my Borders (ok like 15) but they were in Pop as well, and none of his other albums were there with them. i actually bought my copy off the cart, before it even hit the shelf so i just asked the guy do you have the new Sean Watkins CD and he automatically knew what i was talking about. he said its on the cart here somewhere and we found it together. i doubt otherwise he would have known but since he was putting them away he did. i was still impressed.
