i think it has only been played live. probly a copywrite infringement to record it.

so i seriously doubt its been recorded in a studio by them, but just put it in any musicc downloader such as bearshare, and i'm sure you'll get that live version on myspace.

I don't think copyright infringement is an issue. If you record a song that someone else has own the copyright to, you pay them royalties. You don't have to ask their permission. NC has recorded a number of songs they don't have the copyright to.

There was a podcast (a radio station for your Ipod) that plays a theme of cover songs and included N.C.'s Toxic and other funny Britney Spears covers which can be downloaded on the site, but i can't find the link right now >.<
