Can anyone tell me what is Chris' main mandolin on the current 2006 tour?
Also, where can I find good up-close pics of the mando? I've been through the Photos section already and found some good ones, but looking for a stand-alone pic of the mando.
Maybe someone knows of a Web site that has this mando if custom made?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Unless something has happened or changed, then he is using a Dudenbostel mandolin. I don't bellieve Lynn Dudenbosel has a site. I don't believe he is taking orders right now. The list is already years long, and the price is also 20k plus.

Are these pictures good enough? (http://www.thefishnet.com/makemandolin/newmake.htm)
I used (referanced) them on a project I did on the Mandolin in Physics class grade 11.
The actual pictures are posted with permission although it says you'll have to ask Lynn Dudenbostel yourself if you would like to use them.

His mandolin is a Dudenbostel.
I merged this with one of the old threads that we had about his mandolin.

and actually, DIY did 2 shows with Lynn Dudenbostel on how he makes a mandolin and a guitar. FANTASTIC, if i may say. He makes it look so easy.
and it's SO HARD.
check it out if you haven't already.
