'When The Pawn Hits The Conflicts He Thinks Like A King What He Knows Throws The Blows When He Goes To The Fight And He'll Win The Whole Thing Fore He Enters The Ring There's No Baby To Batter When Your Mind is Your Might So When You Go Solo. You Hold Your Own Hand And Remember That Depth Is The Greatest Of Heights And If You Know Where You Stand. Then You'll Know Where To Land And If You Fall It Won't Matter, Cuz You Know That You're Right'

lol, that review is just about exactly the opposite of what I thought... interesting enough I suppose though.

Gr, why are so many people putting ''Stay Away'' down?? It's the most emotional (and one of the most beautiful) songs I've ever heard :(

I'm not sure I understand. How do you disagree with an album?

I disagreed with the review lol (Now seeing the syntax problem)

It liked all the songs I found more or less uninteresting and vice-versa

That song actually gave me a lump in my throat the first time I really listened to it. I've ignored media crittics in general for over a decade, and I can't say I miss them.:D

I agree with the general consensus, that the article was interesting but not exactly what I was thinking.

The album, to me, feels like Chris got a bunch of great musicians (leaning toward the bluegrass side of his wide musical interest) together for a front-porch-jam, that turned into a time of collective soul searching.

I love the wide variety of songs, from very moving and emotionally driven (Stay Away, and How to Grow a Woman From the Ground) to the wonderfully random (If the Sea was Whisky).
