Hello everyone. I need help from someone who uses Mac OSX and listens on a Flac format. I'm not the most versed when it comes to audio/compression/exchange,etc. I recently downloaded some WFH shows from archive.org, but 2 are in Flac format. Is there a decent flac player I can download? If so, is there a particular way to have the songs play on the Flac Player?
Can a Flac player put the songs onto a CD-R in the same format or do you need to convert them to MP3 somehow?
Again, I use a G4 Powerbook. So if you use the same or better, any help is grealy appreciated. Thanks.

I use Flac Frontend and it converts Flac's to wavs if you want to make CD's. I'm sure it works with Macs as well. You just decode the files and burn them to CD. If you get it and have any problems with it, just PM and I'll help you.

Here is the link. flac.sourceforge.net (http://flac.sourceforge.net)

Alright, so I downloaded Flac and MacFlac and neither of them work. When I try to drag the flac file into either of the 2 programs, nothing happens. I'm almost wondering if they are not being read or something. I'm going to try to downlaod them again and see if that will work. Somebody w/ mac knowledge please help. Thanks.

I'm not a Mac person, but I've heard good things about xACT, so maybe try that instead.
