Nickname?

does anyone out there know why chris' nickname is speedhole?
ive been wondering for a while

Actually I think the only people I've ever seen/heard call him speedhole would be myself and Downside. I could be wrong though.

I do believe on his myspace page he is listed as Speedhole. At least he used to be. It refers to the holes in his picks. He made a joke about the fact that the holes in them give him extra speed when he plays.

i was at a show awhile back, and i asked him what picks he used, and he said wegens. im like, oh, the ones with the speedholes? (inside joke between me and my friends) and he laughed for awhile and asked me if he could use that (jokingly) i said sure, oh and this, too

Nickel Creek needs a good lawn mower... because they have rock in their bluegrass. and we had a good chuckle.
