Musical Background

just wondering what the musical backgroud of people is like here- if you play music put that style down- if not, what you listen to.

a friend of mine reminded me that i couldn't leave out the music of he and his fellow monks- we believe a rather large porportion of people in this fan club auctually reside in a monastery in Ural. After that wonderful music history i have got to do for school- hey nickel creek CAN be traced [way way way back] to chant music [going threw every style know to man first though- except mabye reggae]- ..... so you tell me- it is THAT wierd that that many of them would be listening? Now to see if our predictions come true- Is the 24% of fan club really composed of Ural Monks?

Oh dear.

I just had a heckuva time figuring out which category I fit into... I could arguably say bluegrass/folk, rock and jazz. But I also used to play a Tibetan Buddhist healing chant CD on my office computer (much to the consternation of my officemates, who didn't really get it), and I own a fair amount of new agey stuff as well... C'est la vie :)
