I'm actually going to his fiddle camp in June of 2003 in Nashville. I'm from Maryland. Isn't it cool...I just found out a few minutes ago that Sara Watkins went to his fiddle camp when she was younger. I think that is so awesome!:)

where i go next year will be decided when i find out where matt glaser and darol anger are...

Ever heard of Berklee College of Music? I'm sure you probably have. It's in Boston. I think Matt Glaser teaches there. Just go to www.berklee.edu and check it out. I also know this guy who plays awesome bluegrass fiddle and jazz violin his name is Nate Leath. He has a jazz CD. Go to www.pxrec.com and click on jazz if you wanna check him out. Take Care

yep- matt is from berklee, and one of the funniest people i know!
i have been trying to see if i can go to grad school there and study jazz../ take form him- but they don't have a big grad school program there- i coudl always jsut take lessons though.....

matt is also the newest and first non classical memeber of ASTA, american strign teachers association - glad to have finally gotten the jazz rep in that orginazation....

I am going to the 2003 Nashville camp. I won a schoalrship to go to it. I am soooooo excited about it. I do believe I could pop, but I don't think I want to do that! Sara told me that I am not going to want to come home from it. :) She said it is a wonderful experience and I will get more than I can even imagine from it. :)
